Successful card payments made via the portal will show against the relevant invoice. Payments made outside the portal may not be reflected.

We monitor payments made via the portal and will reinstate your account for you within 2 business hours.
Rightmove will not store any of your card information. Card payments are securely handled by Barclaycard. We will be able to see a record of the transaction that has been made but not the full card details.
We will do what we can to reinstate your account based on your part payment, should we be unable to do so we will make contact with you.
Payment transactions are processed by Barclaycard and authorised by your card issuer. If your card is declined, please contact your card issuer to find out why.
We do not have the facility to store your card details for future payments. For your security you will be asked to enter your full card details each time you make a payment.
If you are experiencing problems making a card payment, please let us know by phone or email and we can discuss arrangements for when you can pay.
Part payments made through the portal will be reflected straight away. If you make a payment by other means there may be a delay in this being updated on the portal. Please contact us if you have any concerns about the balance that is shown to pay.
The credit control team will be notified of any queries that are raised and will ensure these are resolved by the appropriate team. Whilst we will always try to update you as soon as possible if you do need help or information please contact us.
